A pleasant 2.5 hour drive from Sydney CDB on the F3, and less than 45 minutes from Newcastle. At the end of the F3 follow signs east for Hexham/NelsonBay/Taree. At Hexham cross the bridge then continue toward Raymond Terrace. Proceed through the roundabout at Heatherbrae and around 2 km beyond look for the left branch off to Richardson Road (signposted Nelson Bay). Take this and turn right at the round-about then proceed forward. This will take you around the Grahamstown Reservoir. Proceed toward Nelson Bay on this road (for about 15 minutes), continue to the Mobil Service Centre and Saxbys Bakery. Continue following signs to Nelson Bay. On entering the 50 kmh zone proceed for 1.2 km then turn right up a service road (blue B&B sign on post) leads to 81 Stockton Street. If you pass the Christmas Bush Nursery on your right you have gone too far. Coming from the north toward Raymond Terrace look for the Richardson Road turn off signposted Nelson Bay and branch to the left. Follow the directions above for the road around Grahamstown Reservoir.

Welcome Nelson Bay B & B

Nelson Bay Bed and Breakfast is surrounded by natural bushland. This provides you with absolute privacy and brings you little bit closer to nature. The area is attractive to lorikeets, kookaburras and other native animals. This architect-designed, purpose-built bed and breakfast offers separate access to the gardens from most of the rooms.

Nelson Bay B&B - is a purpose built accommodation - a cosy, comfortable, conveniently located home-away-from-home. Only 10 minutes walk from CBD, Marina, Restaurants, shops, etc. The B&B section is separate to your host's residence. Many activities close by - Port Stephens (bay beaches), ocean beaches at Fingal, Samurai, Boat Harbour, Birrubi (all 10 minutes drive), Golf Club and Bowling Club (within 10 minutes walk). The Marina is only a 10 minute stroll away where a variety of vessels leave daily to explore the beautiful waters of the bay. Enjoy Dolphin & Whale Watch (in season), 4WD Sand Dune experiences, quad bikes, fishing, sea kayaking, bush walks, Wineries (15 min drive), Fighter World (25 min drive), Koala Habitat (25 min drive), and much more. Nelson Bay B & B, where you will always receive a warm welcome. This achitect-designed purpose built B & B offers comfortable private accommodation less than five minutes from the heart of Nelson Bay and is an ideal location to really enjoy your stay away from home!

If cancelled prior to 3 days then fee for cancellation. If cancelled within 72 hours and room is not relet, deposit is non refundable
